pracoviště Bystřice pod Hostýnem- Hlavní náplň práce: tvorba a ověřování technologických postupů pro povrchové úpravy výrobků, nastavování a optimalizace výrobních procesů, zavádění nových projektů a výrobků do výroby, konstrukce a zajištění výroby přípravků pro lakování, hledání technických řešení při problémech v provozu, ověřování a ladění postupů přímo ve výrobě, spolupráce s pracovníky výroby při nastavování procesů, převádění technických požadavků do srozumitelných instrukcí pro výrobu, tvorba kontrolních a balicích předpisů, návrhy zlepšení a efektivnější řešení, částečná komunikace se zákazníky v technických záležitostech- Nejde jen o práci u počítače. Důležité je vidět proces i v reálném provozu, umět reagovat na situace, které přinese praxe, a hledat řešení, která budou fungovat.- Požadavky: technické vzdělání (min SŠ s maturitou), vhodné i pro absolventy - firma na pozici zaučí, pokročilou znalost tvorby výkresové dokumentace ve 2D nebo ještě lépe modelování ve 3D, ovládat 3D tisk, dobrou znalost Excelu, základní znalost AJ, pečlivost, systematičnost a samostatnost, schopnost dotahovat věci do funkčního výsledku- Hledáme člověka, který: má technické myšlení a systém, umí si poradit, když věci nefungují podle plánu, dokáže komunikovat s lidmi ve výrobě normálně a srozumitelně, umí převést technické požadavky do jasných kroků pro výrobu, chce hledat funkční řešení, ne jen „splnit tabulku“. Hledáme člověka, který dokáže navrhnout řešení tak, aby: fungovalo technicky, dávalo smysl lidem ve výrobě, bylo efektivní, a vedlo ke kvalitnímu výsledku pro zákazníka.
