Responsável por garantir a funcionalidade da usina e excelência operacional visando garantir que todas as normas internas da empresa e todos os requisitos legais sejam atendidos, eficiência operacional, a otimização de recursos, visando a continuidade das operações e a redução de custos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssegurar a retenção, desenvolvimento, desempenho, treinamento e capacitação, solução de conflitos e troca de comunicação e experiências, e recompensa da equipe sob sua responsabilidade, mediante acompanhamento e gestão da área de RH, de acordo com as políticas estabelecidas pela organização;Gerir custos, indicadores de manutenção e operação, elaborando e monitorando o orçamento de manutenção, buscando otimização de custos;Coordenar tarefas de caráter técnico sobre o projeto, coordenando as rotinas e atividades de manutenção e operação de usina, garantindo que as atividades de manutenção sejam realizadas dentro dos prazos, custos e padrões de qualidade definidos.Assessorar atividades de planejamento, contratações e negociações da área, atuando como facilitador junto aos fornecedores, avaliando propostas e contratos de fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, garantindo a qualidade e a viabilidade técnica e financeira;Atuar como facilitador com prestadores de serviços, acompanhando atividades de equipe, realizando a organização do sistema de manutenção e operação; Coordenar o planejamento das manutenções preventivas, preditivas das máquinas, acompanhando os serviços de terceiros e as entregas técnicas, assegurando o mínimo impacto nas operações da usina;Providenciar orçamento, acompanhando e auditando os documentos, apoiando a gerência na programação de projetos e processos internos;Garantir a qualidade dos produtos conforme solicitado, otimizando a utilização da planta na operação, sugerindo e aplicando melhorias contínuas do processo, atuando como facilitador nas interfaces do processo.
