Vil du være med til at drive og udvikle ÅBENs bar i Kødbyen - lige midt i bryggeriets bankende hjerte? ÅBEN søger lige nu en ny Assistant Bar Manager til teamet.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

Som Assistant Bar Manager i ÅBEN er du en del af det daglige driftsteam og spiller en central rolle i at sikre, at gæsterne overraskes og inspireres, når de besøger Kødbyens bar - fra første møde til sidste tår. Du vil bruge størstedelen af tiden bag baren sammen med gæsterne, og får indsigt i, hvad der skal til for at drive og udvikle en bar med høje ambitioner. Det betyder blandt andet, at du har ansvar for, at baren altid står skarpt, og at der er styr på struktur og systemer i driften, så processerne hele tiden optimeres. Du bliver en del af et team af fuldtids Assistant Bar Managers, hvor hver især har sit eget fokusområde - og sammen driver I baren fremad. Dit ansvarsområde vil fokusere på event koordinering.

I ÅBENs bar i Kødbyen arbejder du midt i bryggeriet, hvor øllen brygges få meter fra baren og serveres direkte fra de 1.000 liters serveringstanke i loftet. Det giver en helt særlig energi og en oplevelse, man kan mærke - både som gæst og som en del af teamet. Du bliver en del af et stærkt og socialt fællesskab med 40+ kollegaer, hvor vi løfter i flok, og energien følger tempoet.

Hvem er du?

Det forventes, at du har erfaring fra servicebranchen eller hospitality og brænder for at skabe gode gæsteoplevelser. Du formår at bevare roen og overblikket, selv når det er travlt, og motiveres af at være en del af et team, hvor man hjælper hinanden. Nysgerrighed og lysten til at lære er vigtigere end forudgående viden om øl, og hos ÅBEN er der rig mulighed for at dykke ned i både smag, produktion og de historier, der ligger bag.

Du skal søge jobbet som Assistant Bar Manager hvis du:

  • Trives med tempoet bag baren og elsker at være tæt på gæsterne
  • Er frisk på at tage fire faste lukkevagter om måneden (torsdag, fredag, lørdag) - og ser dem som en mulighed for at tage ejerskab, når teamet har brug for dig
  • Sætter pris på fleksibilitet og kan lide at have indflydelse på din egen vagtplan
  • Synes det er spændende at arbejde tæt sammen med de øvrige Assistant Bar Managers om at optimere driften
