The posting

O(A) Assistente de Qualidade atua diretamente na linha de frente do recebimento e triagem de mercadorias, sendo responsável pela execução da avaliação técnica, classificação fitossanitária e controle de conformidade dos produtos recebidos do campo e de fornecedores parceiros, assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade antes da liberação para comercialização. Atua também na orientação, implementação e monitoramento das boas práticas de manipulação e armazenamento de produtos, contribuindo para higiene das áreas, a prevenção de contaminações e o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade e segurança dos alimentos.

📌 Principais Atividades e Responsabilidades:

  • Inspeção e Recebimento Técnico: Realizar a inspeção técnica de recebimento de FLV, executando amostragem, análise visual, avaliação de calibre, grau de maturação ($^\circ\text{Brix}$, firmeza) e verificação de pragas ou defeitos físicos/fisiológicos.
  • Classificação e Padronização de Produtos: Classificar as mercadorias de acordo com as especificações técnicas internas da Benassi e normas do Ministério da Agricultura e Pecuária (MAPA).
  • Emissão de Laudos e Fichas Técnicas: Elaborar e registrar fichas técnicas de não conformidade e laudos de recebimento, fornecendo pareceres precisos para orientar o setor de Compras e a negociação com produtores.
  • Monitoramento de Armazenamento e Shelf Life: Acompanhar as condições de conservação em câmara fria (temperatura e umidade) e monitorar a vida de prateleira (shelf life) dos produtos armazenados.
  • Análise e Gestão de Perdas: Investigar e registrar causas de quebras, avarias e perdas no recebimento e no manuseio interno, propondo melhorias nos processos.
  • Garantia de Boas Práticas (BPM): Orientar e acompanhar a aplicação de Boas Práticas de Manipulação/Fabricação e o cumprimento das rotinas de higienização das áreas técnicas e operacionais.
  • Suporte Técnico à Equipe: Orientar e dar suporte operacional aos Auxiliares de Qualidade nas rotinas diárias do setor.

📋 Requisitos

  • Escolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo ou Técnico/Superior em andamento ou completo em Agronomia, Engenharia Agronômica, Engenharia de alimentos, Nutrição, Técnico em Agronegócio, Gestão da Qualidade, Tecnologia em Alimentos ou áreas afins.
  • Experiência: Experiência prévia com controle de qualidade.
  • Perfil Profissional:
  • Capacidade analítica, atenção extrema a detalhes e postura investigativa.
  • Boa comunicação interpessoal e firmeza técnica para solucionar e direcionar divergências no recebimento.
  • Proatividade, senso de urgência e flexibilidade para atuar em ambiente operacional dinâmico.
