We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Delivery Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the delivery of excellent service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities in Customer Service and Delivery

  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Assist with the smooth delivery of products to customers, supporting drivers and team members as required.
  • Handle customer queries in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the telephone.
  • Support the team in managing deliveries, helping with loading, unloading, and checking products.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and communicate effectively with the wider team to ensure timely completion.

Skills and Experience for Success

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions accurately.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or delivery role is desirable but not essential.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
