Store Manager | Monthly Store Bonus + Uncapped Commission

Want to take your earnings further? As a Store Manager at Bensons for Beds, you’ll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission on top of your base salary and OTE, with additional monthly store bonus potential when your store achieves its target. The more you and your team achieve, the more you can earn!

The Role:

  • Use your product knowledge, leadership skills and passion for customer service to drive store performance and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Remain hands-on on the shop floor, helping customers find the right products for their perfect night's sleep.
  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and store targets.
  • Utilise Bensons' sleepPRO™ technology to support customers in finding the best sleep solutions.
  • Benefit from comprehensive training, ongoing development and continuous support to help you succeed and progress your career.
  • Lead by example, working alongside your team to maintain high store standards and presentation.
  • Create a store environment that colleagues are proud to work in and customers enjoy visiting.
  • Ensure every customer receives an exceptional shopping and sleep experience.
  • Take advantage of uncapped commission opportunities, particularly during peak trading periods including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in your availability to maximise sales opportunities and earning potential.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a successful Manager with the ability to coach, motivate and inspire a team.
  • A positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude with pride and passion for delivering results.
  • A leader who leads by example and creates a high-performing, supportive team culture.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding in-store experience.
  • Strong people leadership skills combined with solid commercial awareness.
  • Ability to take ownership of store performance and consistently achieve or exceed targets.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to grow the business and improve results.
  • Committed to developing, coaching and supporting team members to reach their full potential.
  • Confident in challenging the status quo, driving positive change and making a real difference within the business.
