En BEON.tech, empresa certificada como GPTW, buscamos un/a Business Development Leader para sumarse al equipo. En BEON.tech conectamos a los mejores desarrolladores de LATAM con empresas disruptivas e innovadoras de U.S. Serás responsable de nuestro pipeline de punta a punta: generar demanda, acompañar y desarrollar oportunidades calificadas hasta que estén listas para comprar, y cerrar nuevas cuentas.

Se trata de un rol de liderazgo estratégico: diseñar la estrategia de crecimiento, construir los sistemas que la sustentan y liderar un equipo.

Qué vas a hacer?

Serás responsable de la estrategia de pipeline, desde el primer contacto hasta el cierre de la negociación, con la generación de demanda y leads como prioridad principal. Tu rol será diseñar y prototipar las estrategias; tu equipo se encargará de ejecutarlas y escalarlas.

  • Diseñar la estrategia de generación de leads: segmentos objetivo, perfiles de compradores (buyer personas), canales y mensajes para implementar campañas outbound multicanal a gran escala.
  • Diseñar la estrategia de lead nurturing: un enfoque de reactivación personalizada 1:1 que convierta prospectos interesados en reuniones de discovery y oportunidades comerciales.
  • Prototipar las automatizaciones, workflows y herramientas que sustentan cada estrategia, para luego delegar su ejecución y escalabilidad al equipo.
  • Definir objetivos, coordinar y acompañar al equipo para asegurar que cada estrategia se implemente y genere resultados.
  • Impulsar la generación de leads a través de referidos, canales de partners y eventos.
  • Participar activamente en negociaciones y oportunidades comerciales clave junto con los equipos de Sales y Staffing.

Requirements

  • Nivel avanzado de inglés (excluyente).
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocios B2B, generación de leads o demanda, con ownership estratégico.
  • Experiencia en IT Staffing, outsourcing nearshore, consultoría de software o talento tecnológico, idealmente orientada al mercado estadounidense.
  • Experiencia diseñando y ejecutando estrategias de generación de pipeline, incluyendo outbound multicanal y nurturing de cuentas.
  • Sólido dominio de herramientas de automatización comercial y generación de leads, como HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator y Lemlist, con capacidad para desarrollar y prototipar automatizaciones.
  • Se valorará experiencia con herramientas como Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n o agentes de IA aplicados a ventas.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar full time de forma híbrida en nuestras oficinas en Villa Crespo, CABA.
