Deine Aufgaben

  • Du analysierst Ausschreibungen und Submissionsunterlagen und verantwortest die technische und kommerzielle Angebotserstellung
  • Du erarbeitest gemeinsam mit unseren Ingenieurteams passende Lösungskonzepte und koordinierst die Angebotsbearbeitung zwischen Verkauf, Engineering und externen Partnern
  • Innerhalb der internationalen SWARCO-Gruppe bist Du die Ansprechperson für unsere Produktelinie und unterstützt den internationalen Verkauf
  • Du beobachtest Markt- und Technologietrends und bringst deine Erkenntnisse in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebs- und Angebotsprozesse ein

  • Du hast die Möglichkeit, zusätzliche Verantwortung im Vertrieb zu übernehmen und wirst dabei gezielt in Deiner fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung gefördert
  • Du hast die Perspektive, im Rahmen einer langfristigen Nachfolgeplanung eine weiterführende Führungsfunktion im Vertrieb zu übernehmen

Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente

  • Du verfügst über eine technische Ausbildung (FH/HF oder vergleichbar), idealerweise in Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Systemtechnik oder Verkehrstechnik
  • Du interessierst dich für technische Lösungen und deren Vermarktung und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Angebots- oder Projektmanagement sowie im Umgang mit öffentlichen Ausschreibungen mit
  • Du kannst komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich und präzise formulieren und zeichnest dich durch eine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, bist gut organisiert und verfügst über ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit Ingenieuren sowie Kunden im In- und Ausland zusammen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
