Ben jij een gemotiveerde en daadkrachtige doktersassistent? Voor onze kliniek Huid & Vaten in Leiden zijn wij op zoek naar een inspirerende en ervaren doktersassistent. Je bent beschikbaar voor 24 uur per week op de dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag (harde eis).

In deze functie kan je veel van je praktische vaardigheden toepassen, daarnaast vind je het prettig om snel te schakelen met zowel onze cliënten als jouw collega’s voor een perfecte beleving bij Bergman Clinics. Lees snel verder als jij jezelf hierin herkent!

Wat ga je precies doen?

In deze veelzijdige functie kan je binnen een klein team met jouw ervaring en enthousiasme een grote bijdrage leveren aan verbeterontwikkelingen betreffende het gehele zorgproces. Dit doe je niet alleen, je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het totale proces rondom de cliënt tijdens de spreekuren en op de zelfstandige behandelkamer. Daarnaast behoren tot jouw kernactiviteiten ook nog:

  • Het zelfstandig verzorgen van behandelingen
  • Het assisteren van de arts en het aanvullen van het EPD tijdens het spreekuur
  • Het actief assisteren van de arts bij de uitvoering van verrichtingen op de zelfstandig behandelkamer
  • Het verrichten van front- en backoffice werkzaamheden zoals cliëntencontact, persoonlijk of per mail/telefonisch, administratieve werkzaamheden en het plaatsen van bestellingen

Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn in deze rol:

  • MBO Doktersassistent opleiding
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als doktersassistent
  • Affiniteit of ervaring met Huid & Vaten
  • 24 uur beschikbaar op de dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag

Voor wie en waar ga je werken?

Je komt te werken in het fijne team van Huid & Vaten in Leiden en soms word je ingezet in Delft. Jouw werkdag start om 8.00 uur op en om 16.30 uur sluit je weer af, weekenden en feestdagen ben je altijd vrij.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Salaris op basis van kennis en ervaring tussen de € 2.867,- en € 4.346,- bruto per maand (FWG40) conform de cao ZKN op basis van 40 uur per week
  • Een contract voor bepaalde tijd, uiteraard met uitzicht op een contract voor onbepaalde tijd
  • Vakantiegeld (8,33%), een 13de maand (8.33%) en deelname aan de pensioenregeling bij PFZW
  • 160 verlofuren en 72 PLB (persoonlijk levensfase budget) -uren per kalenderjaar bij een fulltime dienstverband
  • 20% korting voor jou en 10% korting voor je “Friends & Family” op de producten en diensten van Bey en Memira
