Hoe jij impact kunt maken als IT Application Engineer

Als IT Application Engineer ben jij de inhoudelijk expert op het gebied van Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint en Copilot. Tegelijkertijd ben je een volwaardig lid van het team Application Engineers en draag je bij aan het beheer van bedrijfskritische systemen. Je zorgt ervoor dat collega’s kunnen vertrouwen op stabiele, veilige en goed presterende applicaties. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de techniek alleen: je signaleert verbeterkansen en helpt de organisatie slimmer en efficiënter te werken. Als IT Application Engineer heb je directe invloed op de digitale ondersteuning van zorgprocessen en bedrijfsvoering.

Wat ga je doen?

• Beheren, optimaliseren en verder ontwikkelen van Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint en Copilot • Oppakken van meldingen, wijzigingen en aanvragen via Topdesk • Adviseren van collega’s over Microsoft-oplossingen en nieuwe functionaliteiten • Meewerken aan projecten rond cloudplatformen, identity & access management en informatiebeveiliging • Monitoren, documenteren en verbeteren van de stabiliteit, prestaties en veiligheid van systemen

Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn in deze rol?

Je bent een betrokken IT-professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je vindt het leuk om specialistische kennis te combineren met operationeel beheer. Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt in oplossingen en zoekt actief de samenwerking op met collega’s. Tegelijkertijd kun je zelfstandig verbeteringen doorvoeren en veranderingen begeleiden. Als IT Application Engineer blijf je jezelf ontwikkelen en draag je graag bij aan een toekomstbestendige IT-omgeving.

• Mbo-4 of hbo werk- en denkniveau in een IT-richting • Ervaring met Microsoft 365-beheer, waaronder gebruikers, rechten en beleid • Kennis van Azure en technisch applicatiebeheer • Ervaring met Topdesk of vergelijkbare beheertools • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling

For this position it’s necessary to speak the Dutch language fluent.

  • Een bruto maandsalaris van € 3.046 tot € 4.686, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring
