Hoe jij impact kunt maken als Senior Microsoft 365 & Azure Specialist

Je komt terecht in een ervaren en gedreven IT-team waarin jouw kennis en ideeën ertoe doen. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om verbeteringen door te voeren, nieuwe technologieën te onderzoeken en projecten van begin tot eind te begeleiden.

Of het nu gaat om het verder ontwikkelen van onze Microsoft 365-omgeving, het verbeteren van security of het inzetten van automatisering: jij bent degene die kansen ziet en ze ook daadwerkelijk realiseert.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert en optimaliseert onze Microsoft 365- en Azure-omgeving.
  • Je ondersteunt en adviseert collega's en management over nieuwe mogelijkheden binnen het Microsoft-platform.
  • Je houdt je bezig met bouwen, testen, beheren en onderhouden van Copilot-agents, inclusief governance, autorisaties en lifecyclemanagement.
  • Je implementeert en verbetert moderne werkplekoplossingen met onder andere Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint en Entra ID.
  • Je automatiseert beheerprocessen en verhoogt de efficiëntie van onze IT-dienstverlening.

Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn in deze rol?

Je bent een zelfstandige Microsoft-cloudspecialist die eigenaarschap neemt voor continuïteit, veiligheid en kwaliteit. Je werkt gestructureerd, analyseert oorzaken in plaats van alleen symptomen en legt oplossingen beheersbaar vast. Je kunt technische keuzes helder toelichten en werkt effectief samen met interne teams en externe leveranciers.

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau in een IT-richting
  • Minimaal drie jaar relevante ervaring met technisch beheer van Microsoft 365 en Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online en OneDrive
  • Ervaring met het bouwen en beheren van Copilot-agents is een pre
  • Ervaring met identity & access management, conditional access en securitymaatregelen binnen het Microsoft-platform
  • Ervaring met PowerShell en het automatiseren van beheeractiviteiten
  • Bij voorkeur een relevante Microsoft-certificering, zoals AZ-104, MS-102 of SC-300, of de bereidheid deze te behalen

Voor deze functie is een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal vereist. / For this position it’s necessary to speak the Dutch language fluent.

  • Een bruto maandsalaris van € 3.046 tot € 4.686, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring

Hier ga je werken

Je komt terecht in het team Application Engineers in Naarden. Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer en de continuïteit van bedrijfskritische applicaties en platformen. Binnen het team ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor Microsoft 365 en Azure. Je werkt samen met andere IT-disciplines en leveranciers om de omgeving veilig, betrouwbaar en toekomstbestendig te houden.
