• Monitorowanie dashboardów telemetrycznych, alertów i stanu systemów autonomicznej jazdy • Analiza incydentów na podstawie logów oraz nagrań systemowych • Restart usług i komponentów backendowych zgodnie z procedurami operacyjnymi • Rejestrowanie i eskalowanie zgłoszeń w systemach ticketowych (np. Jira, ServiceNow) • Komunikacja z klientami w trakcie obsługi incydentów • Dokumentowanie podjętych działań i przygotowanie przekazania zmiany • Zgłaszanie usprawnień w procesach i narzędziach

• Minimum roczne doświadczenie w obszarze wsparcia technicznego, operacji systemowych lub monitoringu systemów • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2 i niemieckiego min. A2 • Umiejętność analizy logów systemowych i danych telemetrycznych • Podstawowa znajomość środowisk backendowych lub chmurowych będzie atutem • Gotowość do pracy w systemie 3-zmianowym (24/6 – w soboty do 15.00) • Mile widziane doświadczenie w branży automotive, robotyce lub automatyce przemysłowej • Dobrze rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne • Umiejętność organizacji pracy i zarządzania zadaniami w środowisku projektowym • Umiejętność pracy pod presją terminów i priorytetów projektowych

• Pracę przy nowoczesnych technologiach związanych z autonomicznymi systemami transportu • Zatrudnienie przez Bergman Engineering w ramach umowy o pracę lub kontraktu B2B • W zależności od posiadanego doświadczenia i/lub kompetencji językowych wynagrodzenie na umowie o pracę na poziomie od 8.000 do 10.000 zł brutto • Dofinansowanie do kafeterii benefitowej (w tym karty sportowej) • Możliwość przystąpienia do pakietu medycznego i ubezpieczenia • Możliwość wzięcia udziału w ciekawych projektach w ramach grupy Bergman Engineering • Dostęp do szkoleń online Masterclass
