Deine Aufgaben

Für den Ausbau unseres Laborgeschäfts in Deutschland suchen wir eine vertriebsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen. Du begeisterst niedergelassene Dermatologen für hochwertige diagnostische Leistungen, baust langfristige Partnerschaften auf und gestaltest aktiv das Wachstum eines zukunftsorientierten Geschäftsbereichs mit.

  • Aufbau und Entwicklung eines bundesweiten Netzwerks niedergelassener Dermatologen als Einsender für unsere diagnostischen Laborleistungen
  • Gewinnung neuer Kooperationspartner sowie Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung deines Vertriebsgebiets
  • Beratung von Ärzten und Praxisinhabern zu unseren diagnostischen Angeboten und Services
  • Repräsentation von Bergman Clinics auf Kongressen, Fachveranstaltungen und Netzwerktreffen
  • Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen sowie Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren medizinischen und operativen Teams

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Außendienst oder Vertrieb im Gesundheitswesen
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Labordiagnostik, Pathologie, Histologie oder Dermatologie
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau und der Entwicklung von Kunden- oder Zuweisernetzwerken
  • Bestehende Kontakte zu niedergelassenen Dermatologen sind ein klarer Vorteil
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägte Abschlussstärke
  • Professionelles Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke auf Augenhöhe mit medizinischen Entscheidern
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
