IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Risk Management Frameworks
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des internen Control Frameworks der Bank
  • Konzipierung, Implementierung und Durchführung von Risk Management Kontrollen
  • Pflege der internen Kontrolldatenbank
  • Erstellung von regelmässigen Risk\- und Control Reports für die Geschäftsleitung und den Verwaltungsrat
  • Koordination von Anfragen der internen und externen Revision (Audit)
  • Überwachung der Umsetzung von Audit\-Massnahmen und Nachverfolgung von Audit\-Feststellungen
  • Verantwortung für die Pflege des Weisungswesens und die Sicherstellung der Aktualität interner Richtlinien und Weisungen
  • Incident Management
  • Durchführung regelmässiger Risk Assessments mit anschliessender Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung
  • Teilnahme an Projekten zur Umsetzung regulatorischer Änderungen und zur Verbesserung der Prozesseffizienz

PROFIL

  • Berufserfahrung im Risk Management einer Bank, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Operationelle Risiken
  • Nachgewiesene Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen Risk\- und Control Framework mit Fokus auf Risk Taxonomien, Risk Assessments und Risk Reporting
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit interner und externer Revision
  • Belastbare Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter « \-do»\-Mentalität und fundierten organisatorischen und operativen Fähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige, effiziente, präzise sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte strukturiert, verständlich und überzeugend für unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen aufzubereiten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS\-Office\-Anwendungen, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
