Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen des Berliner Fußball-Verbands insbesondere in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Verantwortung für das Rechnungsmanagement einschließlich der eigenständigen Bearbeitung des Rechnungseingangs und der Vorkontierung.
  • Bearbeitung des Zahlungsverkehrs im ERP-System DATEV
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Rechnungslegung und Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten in der Abteilung Finanzen

Ihr Profil

Das bringst du mit:

  • Kaufmännische oder steuerfachliche Berufsausbildung mit mindestens fünf Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den aktuellen DATEV-Anwendungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Gemeinnützigkeitsrecht, insbesondere in der Vier-Sphären-Rechnung
  • Sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Kenntnisse der Vereins- oder Verbandsarbeit sind von Vorteil
  • Interesse am organisierten Sport, idealerweise am Fußball

Wir suchen keine Person, die lediglich verbucht und verwaltet. Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die das operative Finanzgeschäft sicher beherrscht und gleichzeitig die Finanzprozesse des Berliner Fußballs aktiv weiterentwickeln möchte.

Die Stelle ist für 2 Jahre befristet. Eine Weiterbeschäftigung wird angestrebt.
