Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Mietinteressenten und den Vermieter im gesamten Vermietungsablauf
  • Erstellung von Exposés und Verantwortung der online-Vermarktung unserer Wohnungsangebote
  • Organisation und Erstellung von Mietverträgen und Nachträgen in Abstimmung mit den Vermietern und Verwaltern
  • Pflege der Daten von Mietinteressenten und Verantwortung von Terminvereinbarungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Immobilien-Verwaltung

Das bringen Sie mit

  • eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung im Back Office Bereich, idealerweise in der Immobilienbranche
  • Routine in den MS-Office-Anwendungen und idealerweise Erfahrung in SAP und Flowfact
  • Freude am schriftlichen und telefonischen Kundenkontakt
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Level)
