Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanager (m/w/d) im Spezialtiefbau / Tunnelbau

Aufgaben

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für das Vertragsmanagement auf Großbaustellen
  • Sie erheben Begründungen und Kalkulationen von Nachtragsleistungen
  • Sie verhandeln Nachträge zwischen den Auftraggebern und deren Partnern
  • Sie wickeln selbstständig Bauverträge in Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden ab
  • Sie unterstützen mit Ihrem Knowhow unsere interdisziplinären Projektteams

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. Universität, Fachhochschule, HTL) im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertragsmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in der Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen (VOB) von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Entscheidungskompetenz
  • Kenntnisse in der fachspezifischen Software iTWO von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
