Hos Riverty søger vi en ny kollega til vores IaaS-team i København.

Din hverdag kommer blandt andet til at bestå af kontakt med kunder på mail og telefon samt forskellige administrative opgaver. Det vigtigste for os er, at du har lyst til at lære, kan lide at hjælpe mennesker og møder kunderne med et smil – også gennem telefonen.

Du behøver ikke kunne det hele fra starten.

Vi sørger for en grundig oplæring i vores IT-systemer, GDPR og dine daglige opgaver, og dine nye kolleger står klar til at hjælpe dig undervejs.

Hvem er du?

· arbejder struktureret og har øje for detaljerne

Stillingen er på 37 timer om ugen i dagtimerne.

Vi har fokus på både faglig og personlig udvikling, men der skal selvfølgelig også være plads til det sociale. Derfor har vi blandt andet frokostordning, fredagsbarer og personalearrangementer.
