\\Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and member of the Executive Board\\ with focus on Process Technology \\\& EngineeringIhre \\The Role\\ As CTO, you will have overall responsibility for Bertrams' Process Engineering, Project Execution and Equipment Design functions. As a member of the Executive Management Team, you will report directly to the CEO. You will ensure the technically sound, timely and cost\\-effective execution of our projects. You will advance our established process technologies, extend our portfolio into adjacent applications and translate new process concepts into commercially viable industrial plants. \\Your Responsibilities\\ \* Lead and develop the Process Engineering, Project Execution and Equipment Design teams \* Ensure the technical integrity, quality, schedule and cost performance of engineering and project execution \* Advance existing process technologies and develop new applications in adjacent fields \* Strengthen design principles, process standards, calculation methods, engineering specifications and technical tools \* Provide technical direction for complex proposals, from feasibility assessment to process design, equipment sizing, performance guarantees and technical approval \* Review and resolve critical technical and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle \* Work closely with Sales and Procurement on technical concepts, customer requirements, project risks and techno\\-commercial decisions \* Safeguard and transfer technological know\\-how while advancing standardisation, digitalisation and engineering excellence \\Your profile\\ \* University degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline \* Several years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, preferably in international plant engineering or a process technology company \* Broad expertise in the design and delivery of industrial process plants \* Sound knowledge of process design, equipment design, engineering standards, performance guarantees and project risk assessment \* Experience in evaporation, crystallisation, thermal separation, acid or caustic treatment, or related process applications would be particularly relevant \* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to convert technical concepts into practical and economically viable solutions \* Authentic and pragmatic leadership style, with integrity, sound judgement and a strong sense of ownership \* Clear and direct communicator who makes well\\-founded decisions and takes responsibility for their implementation \* Very good command of English and German, with a willingness to travel internationally \* Seeking a long\\-term leadership role with the ambition to grow with the company. \\What we offer\\ \* You will work in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by technical expertise, pragmatism, personal responsibility and close collaboration across functions \* You will have the opportunity to shape our technological path, develop new applications and make a direct contribution to the company's future \* International customer base, technically demanding projects and short decision paths We are looking forward to receiving your complete application at \[ \](\< \>). \\-\\-\\- Direct applications are preferred \\-\\-\\- j4id10465768jm j4it1145jm j4iy26jm
