Ihre Aufgaben

Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Ehrenamtler/in im Tätigkeitsbereich der Sprachförderung für unsere Jugendwerkstatt in Kleve.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Nachhilfe in Deutsch, insbesondere Lesen, Schreiben, Grammatik und Textverständnis

• Förderung der mündlichen Ausdrucksfähigkeit und des Sprachverständnisses

• Unterstützung beim Verstehen von Aufgabenstellungen und Arbeitsblättern

• Vorbereitung auf Vorstellungsgesprächen für Praktika

• Motivation und Stärkung des Selbstvertrauens der Jugendlichen

• Enge Abstimmung mit den hauptamtlichen Mitarbeitenden

Ihr Profil

Sie müssen keine pädagogische Ausbildung mitbringen. Wichtig sind vor allem Freude am Umgang mit jungen Menschen, Geduld und Zuverlässigkeit.

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Freude daran, Wissen verständlich zu erklären

• Geduld, Empathie und Offenheit gegenüber unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen

• Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

• Respektvoller und wertschätzender Umgang mit Jugendlichen

• Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeit

• Interesse an Jugendsozialarbeit, Bildung und Integration

• Idealerweise Erfahrung in Nachhilfe, Sprachförderung, Schule, Ausbildung oder sozialem Engagement, aber keine Voraussetzung
