BESIX Infra is dé kennisgedreven aannemer voor wegenbouw op de Vlaamse en Brusselse markt, actief in wegenbouw, rioleringsaanleg, milieusanering en de aanleg van publieke ruimtes.

BESIX Unitec is als full service partner gespecialiseerd in hoogstaande infrastructuuroplossingen.

Vanuit Schelle werk je voor BESIX Infra Support – het shared service center voor de gespecialiseerde aannemers van de BESIX Group (www.besix.com). We bieden voornamelijk diensten aan voor BESIX Unitec (www.besixunitec.com) en BESIX Infra (www.besixinfra.com), evenals de dochterondernemingen van deze bedrijven. BESIX Infra Support is opzoek naar een Business Controller voor haar vestiging in Schelle om 3 dagen per week te werken voor R4 Gent en 2 dagen voor Techweel.

Vacatureomschrijving

  • Je kijkt verder dan de cijfers alleen: je kent de projecten, begrijpt wat er op de werf gebeurt en weet wat dat financieel betekent.
  • Je bent de financiële sparringpartner van de business en vormt de schakel tussen projectteams en Finance.
  • Samen met de projectleiders volg je de maandelijkse resultaten op en maak je betrouwbare forecasts van het verwachte eindresultaat van de projecten.
  • Je vertaalt financiële cijfers en projectdata naar duidelijke rapportages en inzichten voor het management.
  • Je analyseert omzet, kosten en rentabiliteit en zet je bevindingen om in gericht advies voor directie en management.
  • Je bouwt een heldere analytische structuur op rond project- en businessdata.
  • Je ontwikkelt en verbetert periodieke en ad-hocrapportages en analyses.
  • Je zoekt continu naar mogelijkheden om de processen binnen Business Control slimmer en efficiënter te maken.
  • Je vertaalt de strategie naar relevante KPI’s, volgt deze op en doet concrete aanbevelingen.
  • Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke Business Controlling en de CFO.

Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt een hogere bedrijfseconomische of financiële opleiding gevolgd, bijvoorbeeld Handelswetenschappen of TEW.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 à 3 jaar ervaring binnen controlling of audit, bij voorkeur in een projectgedreven omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met projecten en werven binnen de bouwsector en begrijpt de financiële dynamiek van een werf.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een groeiende, complexe en dynamische omgeving.
  • Je leert snel, werkt zelfstandig en hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een kritische blik op cijfers en processen.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Excel.
  • Ervaring met Navision en kennis van Power BI zijn een plus.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een plus.
