BESIX Infra is een kennisgedreven aannemer en een toonaangevende speler in de Vlaamse en Brusselse infrastructuursector. Wij realiseren uiteenlopende projecten binnen wegenbouw, rioleringswerken, milieusanering en de aanleg van publieke ruimtes.

Dankzij onze eigen beton- en recyclagesites in Bilzen en Burcht, evenals onze asfaltproductie via dochteronderneming Belasco (Bilzen, Gent en Puurs), kunnen wij onze projecten efficiënt en kwalitatief uitvoeren. Naast technische expertise onderscheiden wij ons door onze focus op communicatie, hinderbeperking en een constructieve samenwerking met alle betrokken stakeholders.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als ervaren aAankoper speel je een cruciale rol in de succesvolle uitvoering van onze infrastructuurprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, projectmanagers, leveranciers en onderaannemers en zorgt ervoor dat materialen en diensten tijdig, kwalitatief en tegen de beste voorwaarden worden aangekocht.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Mee uitwerken en uitvoeren van het strategisch aankoopbeleid in samenwerking met de verantwoordelijke aankoop.
  • Technische analyse en studie van uitvoerings- en aanbestedingsdossiers.
  • Aankoop van werf gebonden materialen, producten en diensten.
  • Aanvragen, analyseren, vergelijken en onderhandelen van offertes.
  • Selecteren en opvolgen van leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen binnen de vooropgestelde budgetten.
  • Actief opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen, prijszettingen, innovaties en nieuwe leveranciers.
  • Meewerken aan de verdere digitalisering van aankoopprocessen.
  • Rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke aankoop.

Je maakt deel uit van een ervaren aankoopteam en werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Schelle.

Functie-eisen

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een aankoopfunctie binnen een bouwgerelateerde omgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de bouwsector is een vereiste.
  • Sterke interesse in infrastructuur-, wegenbouw- en rioleringswerken.
  • Technische kennis van wegenbouw, riolering en het Standaardbestek 250 is essentieel.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Sterke computervaardigheden en een doorgedreven kennis van Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Excel. Een Excel-test maakt deel uit van het selectieproces.
  • Je bent analytisch, cijfermatig ingesteld en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, zelfstandig en organisatorisch vaardig.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een rustige, gestructureerde werkomgeving en werkt graag samen met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
