BESIX Infra Support verleent diensten voor BESIX Infra, BESIX Unitec en hun dochterondernemingen.

BESIX Infra is dé kennisgedreven aannemer voor wegenbouw op de Vlaamse en Brusselse markt, actief in wegenbouw, rioleringsaanleg, milieusanering en de aanleg van publieke ruimtes. BESIX Infra heeft via haar dochtervennootschap Belasco ook asfaltfabrieken.

BESIX Unitec heeft een ruime ervaring in de kabel- en leidingbouw en biedt haar klanten hoogstaande infrastructuuroplossingen aan. We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren accountant voor haar vestigingen te Schelle.

Vacatureomschrijving

Jouw rol

Je komt terecht in het Transactioneel Accounting team, een hechte en enthousiaste groep van een 20-tal collega’s. Als accountant met focus op aankoopfacturen zorg je voor een nauwkeurige en betrouwbare boekhouding. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor financiële analyses en rapporteringen, waardoor je een belangrijke schakel wordt in onze financiële processen.

Jouw takenpakket

📚 Boekhouding & financiële administratie

Je staat in voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van financiële data. Concreet betekent dit:

  • Het inboeken en verwerken van aankoopfacturen, verkoopfacturen
  • Bankafschriften en btw aangiftes
  • De opvolging van crediteuren en het bewaken van openstaande posten.
  • Het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betalingen.

📅 Jaarafsluiting & rapportering

Je ondersteunt het accountingteam bij een correcte en gestructureerde afsluitingsflow:

  • uitvoeren bij de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen.
  • Leveringen van input en ondersteuning tijdens interne en externe audits.

🚀 Procesoptimalisatie & samenwerking

Je krijgt de kans om actief mee te bouwen aan efficiëntere processen:

  • Meewerken aan de optimalisatie en digitalisering van financiële workflows.
  • Nauw samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen zoals Purchasing, People en Projectadministratie, om een vlotte gegevensstroom te garanderen.

Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt een Bachelordiploma in accountancy, bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in analytische boekhouding in een financiële functie
  • Ervaring in de bouwwereld is geen must, maar je hebt wél interesse om je in deze sector te verdiepen. (Ervaring is uiteraard een pluspunt.)
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de Belgische boekhoudnormen en btw-wetgeving.
  • Je denkt graag mee over procesoptimalisatie en hebt geen schrik om verbeteringen voor te stellen. Ervaring met ERP-implementaties is een mooi voordeel.
  • Kennis van Navision is een plus; ervaring met Business Central (ons toekomstige systeem) is nog beter.
  • Je gaat vlot om met MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent analytisch sterk en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent een teamspeler met een proactieve, leergierige ingesteldheid.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands; kennis van Frans is een must
