Är du en erfaren administratör med bakgrund inom ekonomi och kunskap om orderläggning och leveransprocesser? Vi söker dig som kan börja omgående och bidra i ett uppdrag i samband med ett systembyte. Om uppdraget Du arbetar med administrativa uppgifter kopplade till order och leveranser. I samband med övergången till ett nytt system behöver du vara trygg i att hantera information, följa processer och samarbeta med berörda funktioner. Erfarenhet av SAP S/4HANA eller VIM är meriterande. Arbetsuppgifter inom order och leverans Hantera och registrera order samt följa upp orderflödet.

Administrera och följa leveransprocesser.

Kontrollera uppgifter och dokumentation för att säkerställa att informationen är korrekt.

Hantera avvikelser och följa upp frågor tillsammans med berörda parter.

Bidra med administrativt stöd i samband med systembytet.

Arbeta enligt gällande rutiner och bidra till att processerna fungerar effektivt.

Kravprofil och kvalifikationer Erfarenhet av administrativt arbete med orderläggning och leveransprocesser.

Ekonomisk bakgrund, exempelvis genom utbildning eller relevant arbetslivserfarenhet.

God systemvana och förmåga att snabbt sätta dig in i nya arbetssätt och system.

Erfarenhet av SAP S/4HANA eller VIM är meriterande.

God förmåga att kommunicera på svenska i tal och skrift.

Personliga egenskaper Vi söker dig som är flexibel, lösningsorienterad, strukturerad och noggrann. Du har lätt för att anpassa dig till förändringar, kan prioritera dina arbetsuppgifter och tar ansvar för att arbetet utförs korrekt och effektivt. Du har god samarbetsförmåga och kan behålla fokus även när rutiner och system förändras. Arbetsvillkor Start: Omgående

Uppdraget pågår till och med juni 2027

Arbetet utförs på plats till en början. På sikt finns möjlighet att arbeta hemifrån enstaka dagar, enligt överenskommelse.
