Är du en strukturerad och affärsmässig inköpare som trivs med att skapa goda leverantörsrelationer och hitta effektiva lösningar? Vi söker nu inköpare för konsultuppdrag hos våra kunder. Genom Best Bemanning & Rekrytering får du möjlighet att arbeta med inköp i olika verksamheter. Arbetsuppgifter och uppdragets omfattning varierar beroende på kundens behov, men gemensamt är att du bidrar till en effektiv och kvalitetsmedveten inköpsprocess. Om uppdragen Som inköpare arbetar du med att planera och genomföra inköp i nära samarbete med interna funktioner och externa leverantörer. Du följer upp beställningar och leveranser, hanterar avvikelser och bidrar till att verksamheten får rätt produkter och tjänster i rätt tid. Arbetsuppgifterna kan bland annat omfatta:

Ta emot och hantera inköpsbehov från verksamheten.

Begära in och jämföra offerter samt utvärdera leverantörer.

Genomföra beställningar och följa upp order, leveranser och fakturor.

Ha löpande kontakt med leverantörer och interna beställare.

Hantera prisförfrågningar, avvikelser och reklamationer.

Bidra till kostnadseffektiva inköp och utveckling av inköpsrutiner.

Arbeta i inköps- och affärssystem samt hålla relevant information uppdaterad.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är noggrann, kommunikativ och har ett strukturerat arbetssätt. Du kan planera och prioritera dina uppgifter, följa upp detaljer och skapa goda samarbeten. Du är lösningsorienterad och trivs med att ta ansvar, både självständigt och tillsammans med andra. Kvalifikationer och erfarenheter

Erfarenhet av inköp, exempelvis operativt eller strategiskt inköpsarbete.

Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

God datorvana och erfarenhet av att arbeta i affärs- eller inköpssystem.

Förmåga att kommunicera professionellt med leverantörer och interna kontakter.

Eftergymnasial utbildning inom inköp, ekonomi eller logistik är meriterande.

Erfarenhet av avtalsarbete, förhandling eller leverantörsuppföljning är meriterande.

Personliga egenskaper

Strukturerad och noggrann med god känsla för detaljer.

Affärsmässig och van att väga kvalitet, kostnad och leveranssäkerhet mot varandra.

Initiativtagande och lösningsorienterad när förutsättningarna förändras.

Serviceinriktad och bra på att samarbeta med olika funktioner.
