Realizar o atendimento aos clientes e as operações de caixa, garantindo o correto registro das vendas, a precisão dos recebimentos e a organização do ambiente de trabalho, conforme os procedimentos internos da empresa.

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

  • Atender os clientes com cordialidade, agilidade e atenção.
  • Registrar pedidos e operar o sistema de caixa.
  • Receber pagamentos em dinheiro, cartão, PIX e outras modalidades.
  • Realizar a abertura, conferência e fechamento do caixa.
  • Emitir cupons fiscais e comprovantes de pagamento.
  • Conferir valores recebidos e comunicar divergências ao responsável.
  • Esclarecer dúvidas sobre preços, produtos e promoções.
  • Manter o caixa e a área de atendimento organizados.
  • Apoiar a equipe do salão conforme a necessidade da operação.
  • Cumprir os procedimentos internos e as normas da empresa.
  • Zelar pela segurança dos valores recebidos e pela precisão das movimentações financeiras.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Conhecimento básico de informática.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala, incluindo finais de semana e feriados.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência anterior como operador(a) de caixa será um diferencial. Competências Necessárias:
  • Facilidade para operar sistemas de caixa.
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade no atendimento ao cliente.
  • Organização, atenção e responsabilidade.

Local: Restaurante da Estação – Itu.
