The posting

Customer Service, Cashiering, Stock Control, Merchandising, Purchasing

Monthly Salary Range RM1800 - RM3500

Working Hours Monday - Saturday: 9am to 7:30pm Sunday: 9am - 5pm 2 days off per week

Location Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with walk-in customers in a friendly, patient and confident manner
  • Comfortable with upselling / cross-selling (OTC, supplements, personal care)
  • Handle cash, basic calculations and pricing accuracy
  • Manage POS and simple inventory systems (training provided)
  • Follow pharmacy rules and handle products properly
  • Maintain store hygiene and cleanliness

Other Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years in retail/pharmacy/health & beauty sales
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work 5 days / week (rotational off-day/shift scheduling), weekends and public holidays
  • Willingness to learn about OTC, medicines, supplements and have basic product knowledge
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
