Les missions

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un·e stagiaire en Contrôle de gestion pour notre entité BETC.

Au sein d'une équipe de 20 personnes, vous serez rattaché·e directement à un·e Contrôleur·euse de gestion et participerez activement aux missions suivantes :

REPORTING MENSUEL

  • Calcul et envoi des provisions à la comptabilité, cadrage des éléments comptables
  • Saisie dans l’outil de reporting groupe
  • Analyse et explication des écarts réels versus budget

PARTICIPATION AU PROCESSUS BUDGETAIRE

  • Modélisation de la masse salariale selon plusieurs scénarios
  • Analyses et explications des écarts
  • Présentation des principales hypothèses et évolutions à la direction

AMELIORATION ET DEVELOPPEMENT DES OUTILS DE REPORTING ET D’ANALYSES

  • Gestion des bases de données
  • Amélioration continue des fichiers de suivi
  • Participation à l’automatisation des fichiers via EXCEL et POWER BI
  • Collaboration avec le service IT pour développer/améliorer les logiciels finance développés en interne

RENTABILITE CLIENTS

  • Calcul des rentabilités clients
  • Analyse et présentation à la Direction

SUPPORTS AUX OPERATIONNELS ET A LA DIRECTION

  • Aide aux opérationnels sur les outils internes
  • Analyse ad’hoc d’aide à la prise de décisions financières

Stage à pourvoir à partir de janvier 2027 pour une durée de 6 mois.

Votre profil

  • Vous préparez un diplôme Bac +5 / Master 2 en Finance / Comptabilité (école de commerce, Université, ...)
  • Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience en stage dans le domaine du contrôle de gestion
  • Vous maîtrisez Excel, les bases de données, les ERP…
  • Vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre esprit d’analyse, de synthèse, votre sens de l’organisation et votre rigueur
  • Vous évoluerez dans un contexte international, la maîtrise de l’anglais est nécessaire
  • Vous avez un certain intérêt pour les marques, leur communication, l’univers créatif de la publicité et du marketing
