Ми розширюємо нашу фінансову команду та шукаємо Junior Accountant, який допоможе забезпечувати ефективність щоденних бухгалтерських процесів українських юридичних осіб компанії. Ця позиція чудово підійде спеціалісту, який уже має базовий досвід у бухгалтерському обліку, уважний до деталей, любить порядок у документах та прагне професійно розвиватися.

Основні обов’язки:

  • Збір, перевірка та опрацювання первинної бухгалтерської документації (акти, накладні, рахунки тощо).
  • Контроль повноти та правильності оформлення документів, взаємодія з контрагентами для отримання відсутньої документації.
  • Внесення первинних документів до облікової системи, зокрема відображення операцій за рахунком 631.
  • Ведення обліку основних засобів (ОЗ) та малоцінних необоротних матеріальних активів (МНМА).
  • Документальне оформлення операцій з ОЗ та МНМА: надходження, переміщення, введення в експлуатацію та списання.
  • Проведення звірок взаєморозрахунків із постачальниками, виявлення та усунення розбіжностей.
  • Взаємодія з бухгалтерською командою, відділом закупівель та іншими департаментами щодо бухгалтерської документації.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Від 1 року досвіду роботи в бухгалтерії на позиції Junior Accountant / Accountant або аналогічній.
  • Вища профільна освіта.
  • Базові знання українського бухгалтерського та податкового обліку.
  • Практичний досвід роботи з первинною документацією та обліком розрахунків із постачальниками.
  • Розуміння обліку операцій за рахунком 631.
  • Базові знання обліку основних засобів та МНМА.
  • Досвід роботи з бухгалтерськими системами (1С / BAS або аналогічними).
  • Впевнене володіння MS Excel (формули, фільтри, сортування, робота з таблицями).

Буде перевагою:

  • Досвід роботи з Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Знання M.E.Doc та/або Вчасно.
  • Досвід роботи з кількома юридичними особами або в централізованій бухгалтерії.
  • Досвід роботи з великими обсягами первинної документації.
