Our portfolio includes ESportsBattle and Setka Cup, alongside other innovative betting solutions. We combine technology, data, and industry expertise to create engaging betting experiences for our partners.

We are currently looking for a Product Manager, Esports Performance & Market Analysis to join our Global Esports team.

About the role:

In this role, you will focus on analysing product performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting data-driven product and commercial decisions.

You will work closely with Product, Commercial, Sales, Trading, and BI/Data teams to turn performance metrics, client feedback, and market insights into actionable recommendations.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of product performance analysis, influence strategic priorities, and contribute directly to the development of our global esports portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse esports product performance across clients, disciplines, providers, events, formats, and markets.
  • Define and maintain key performance indicators, dashboards, and regular reporting in collaboration with BI/Data teams.
  • Identify performance trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities for product improvement and growth.
  • Analyse client feedback and commercial requests to identify product gaps and potential development opportunities.
  • Evaluate new products, disciplines, formats, and market opportunities based on performance data, client needs, and commercial potential.
  • Translate performance insights and relevant market intelligence into clear product recommendations and business cases.
  • Support Sales and Commercial teams with client-specific performance analysis, opportunity assessments, and data-driven insights.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support product prioritisation and investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align product priorities with business objectives.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, Business Analysis, Performance Analysis, Strategy, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience working with KPIs, performance reporting, dashboards, and business cases.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how product performance impacts business results.
  • Ability to evaluate opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and make recommendations based on available evidence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in iGaming, betting, esports, gaming, sports data, sports technology, or B2B platforms.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, or other analytics and data visualisation tools.
  • Understanding of betting product performance metrics and commercial KPIs.
  • Experience analysing client performance data and working with commercial stakeholders.
  • Ukrainian language skills.

What we offer:

  • Opportunity to work with innovative esports products in a global B2B environment.
  • Remote working format and flexible working hours.
  • Direct collaboration with senior product and commercial stakeholders.
  • Opportunity to influence product development and strategic business decisions.
  • Professional growth within an international product organisation.
  • A collaborative environment where your ideas, expertise, and initiative can make a real impact.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
