Das Bethanien Kinder- und Jugenddorf in Schwalmtal ist eines von insgesamt drei Kinderdörfern der Bethanien Kinderdörfer gGmbH. In Schwalmtal leben rund 140 Kinder und Jugendliche sowie Erwachsene, die von Erzieher*innen und Sozialpädagog*innen in ein selbstständiges Leben begleitet werden. Gegründet wurden die Bethanien Kinder- und Jugenddörfer vom katholischen Orden der Dominikanerinnen von Bethanien. In deren christlicher Tradition arbeiten wir und bieten den Kindern und Jugendlichen ein festes Fundament für Ihren Weg in ein selbstbestimmtes Leben.
