Erzieher*in / Sozialpädagog*in für unsere Wohngruppe für junge Kinder ab 01.11.2026 in Voll- oder Teilzeit ( 80 - 100%)

Die Kinder in ihrer individuellen Entwicklung begleiten und unterstützen, damit sie ihr Leben später selbstständig und erfolgreich meistern.

DAS ERWARTET SIE:

  • Sie sind ein engagiertes Teammitglied unserer Wohngruppe, in denen Kinder im Alter von 3 bis ca. 8 Jahren leben
  • Alltagsgestaltung mit jungen Kindern
  • Kinder, die Sicherheit, Struktur und Kontinuität benötigen
  • Bezugspädagog*innen – System (Anfertigung von Entwicklungsberichten, Hilfeplanung etc.)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationspartner*innen

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Qualifikation zum/zur Erzieher*in bzw. Sozialpädagog*in oder vergleichbares
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie bereits über Berufserfahrung in der stationären Jugendhilfe und / oder mit Kindern von 3 - ca.8 Jahren
  • Sie sind eine feinfühlige und zugewandte Persönlichkeit mit Kenntnissen der Bindungsentwicklung junger Kinder und altersspezifischer Fördermöglichkeiten
  • Sie verfügen über ein sicheres Auftreten und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Ihre Grundhaltung ist geprägt von Wertschätzung und Respekt
  • Sie haben Interesse an intensiver Teamarbeit

Im Bethanien Kinder- und Jugenddorf leben rund 120 Kinder und Jugendliche, die von Pädagog*innen in ein selbständiges Leben begleitet werden. Das Bethanien Kinder- und Jugenddorf in Bergisch Gladbach ist eines von insgesamt drei Kinderdörfern der Bethanien Kinderdörfer gGmbH. Gegründet wurden die Bethanien Kinder- und Jugenddörfer vom katholischen Orden der Dominikanerinnen von Bethanien. In deren christlicher Tradition arbeiten wir und bieten den Kindern und Jugendlichen ein festes Fundament für ihren Weg in ein selbstbestimmtes Leben.
