Das seit dem Jahre 1917 bestehende Alters\- und Pflegeheim in Ennenda bietet rund 70 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern ein Zuhause. Das Angebot umfasst Wohnbereiche für allgemeine Betreuung und Pflege sowie eine Pflegewohngruppe für Menschen mit Demenz sowie ein 3\-Plätze\-Hospiz mit spezialisiertem Palliative Care.

Das Alters\- und Pflegeheim gehört zur Bethesda Alterszentren AG, einer Verbundorganisation verschiedener Alterszentren in der Deutschschweiz, die in einer offenen christlichen Wertekultur verankert ist.

  • Du führst deinen Wohnbereich mit Klarheit, und Weitblick
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Bewohnenden nicht nur gut gepflegt, sondern wirklich gesehen und begleitet werden
  • Du schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem dein Team gerne arbeitet und füreinander einsteht
  • Du befähigst deine Mitarbeiter für den Umgang im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Betreuungssituationen
  • Du bist eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für Angehörige und Ärzte
  • Du bringst deine Ideen ein und gestaltest die Zukunft des Bereichs aktiv mit

Was Du mitbringst

  • Eine Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertig
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in komplexen gerontopsychiatrischen Krankheitsbildern
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Führung (z. B. Leadership, Stationsleitung) von Vorteil
  • Du bist lösungsorientiert, teamfähig und packst gerne mit an
  • Empathie, Belastbarkeit und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen zeichnen dich aus
