  • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that balance customer needs, technical feasibility, business value, and regulatory constraints.
  • Provide strong cross‑functional leadership to align stakeholders, including product managers and developers from adjacent teams to resolve ambiguities and ensure momentum across initiatives with multiple dependencies.
  • Analyze product performance using qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify opportunities to elevate engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience quality.
  • Communicate product strategy, trade‑offs, decisions, and progress effectively to senior leaders and partner teams, using data‑driven narratives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early, developing contingency plans that support predictable and high‑quality delivery.
  • Contribute to the evolution of product management practices across the Gaming team.

Essential Functions

  • Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within iGaming, digital entertainment, or other high‑scale consumer platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, multi‑team initiatives, providing structure, clarity, and direction with minimal oversight.
  • Advanced strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret business challenges, assess market and regulatory dynamics, and translate them into actionable product strategy.
  • Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities, using qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and drive prioritization.
  • Proven success solving complex product or operational problems, and guiding others through ambiguity to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly articulating strategy, trade‑offs, and rationale to senior leaders, executives, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Expertise in writing high‑quality product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and compliance constraints.
  • Deep experience working within Agile environments, partnering effectively with engineering, design, analytics, and project management.
  • Track record of elevating product practices, contributing to process improvements, frameworks, or methodologies that improve team output and consistency.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
