VOTRE MISSION

À BeTomorrow, nous accompagnons nos clients dans la conception de produits numériques à fort impact.

Aujourd’hui, nous accélérons sur un enjeu clé : aider les entreprises à transformer leur activité grâce à la Data et à l’Intelligence Artificielle (notamment générative).

Nous ne vendons pas simplement des projets.

Nous aidons nos clients à : - mieux décider grâce à la data - automatiser leurs processus - créer de nouveaux avantages compétitifs via l’IA Dans ce contexte, nous créons un rôle clé : Senior Account Executive IA & Data.

Votre rôle

Vous êtes responsable du développement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales autour des sujets Data & IA, de la prospection jusqu'au closing.

Vous intervenez sur des cycles de vente complexes, en lien direct avec des décideurs métiers et techniques, et pilotez votre activité avec une forte autonomie.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales
  • Mener une prospection proactive et structurée : outbound, cold call, networking, social selling…
  • Qualifier et gérer les opportunités entrantes
  • Comprendre et challenger les enjeux métiers de vos prospects
  • Construire une stratégie commerciale adaptée à chaque opportunité
  • Piloter des cycles de vente complexes et multi-interlocuteurs
  • Coordonner les expertises internes nécessaires à la construction des propositions
  • Traduire les enjeux clients en propositions de valeur concrètes
  • Négocier et signer des projets structurants (300 à 500k€+)
  • Structurer et piloter votre pipeline commercial
  • Contribuer activement à la structuration de l’offre et du go-to-market IA/Data

Une fois les projets signés, vous assurez une transmission fluide aux équipes en charge de leur suivi et de la relation client.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • 7 ans minimum d’expérience dans la vente de projets numériques, de prestations de conseil ou de services technologiques, idéalement auprès de comptes mid-market / grands comptes.
  • À l’aise avec la prospection, la négociation et le closing
  • Expérience réussie de cycles de vente complexes et multi-interlocuteurs
  • Capacité à ouvrir de nouveaux comptes et développer un pipeline commercial
  • Expérience de ventes complexes représentant plusieurs centaines de milliers d’euros
  • Capacité à échanger avec des interlocuteurs métiers, DSI et CTO

Vous avez idéalement une bonne compréhension d'au moins un domaine :

  • Data / BI / architecture Data
  • Machine Learning
  • IA Générative

Ce qui fera la différence

  • Capacité à comprendre et challenger des sujets techniques en profondeur
  • Background technique (data / informatique) apprécié
  • Appétence forte pour les sujets IA (veille, tests, expérimentations perso)
  • Expérience avec des POC ou projets d’innovation
  • Approche structurée et orientée business
  • Autonomie et envie de construire
