About the role:

We are scaling and our specialists are leveling up. Now we're looking for an AI Engineer to build AI agents and solutions that transform engineering workflows.

Your impact:

  • Build AI agents for engineers that transform development workflows.
  • Automate routine engineering tasks (requirements refinement, coding, testing).
  • Improve team velocity and reduce manual effort through AI-driven solutions.
  • Create internal best-practices guidelines for building and scaling AI agents.
  • Act as an Engineering × AI multiplier across teams.

About you:

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience building and integrating AI/LLM solutions.
  • Strong Software Engineering, AQA, SDET or DevOps background.
  • Practical experience with Context Engineering and RAG architectures.
  • Experience building multi-agent systems (n8n, Claude Code, Agents SDK, etc.).
  • Strong hands-on experience with coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex).
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable results.
  • Systems thinker with strong time management and ownership mindset.
