An unserem Firmensitz in Nußloch suchen wir für unser neues Distributionszentrum zum 1. Februar 2027 Sie als

Mitarbeiter im Leitstand Logistik (m/w/d)

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Koordination und Steuerung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts in der Logistik
  • Effiziente Einsatzplanung und Steuerung der Personalressourcen innerhalb der operativen Logistik
  • Funktion als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachbereichen der Logistik zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
  • Disposition und bedarfsgerechte Beschaffung von Verbrauchsmaterialien zur Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit
  • Tätigkeit als Key User für das Warehouse Management System (WMS) mit Schwerpunkt auf Systemoptimierung und Anwenderunterstützung
  • First-Level-Support für WMS, inklusive Fehleranalyse und Lösungsfindung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung innerhalb der Logistik

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Logistikbranche
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in logistischen Prozessen, insbesondere in Koordination und Steuerung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts sowie im Umgang mit Warehouse Management Systemen (WMS).
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Hervorragende Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
