Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Als Payroll Officer ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de loon- en personeelsadministratie van ons Vlaamse gedeelte. Je werkt nauw samen met het HR-team in Wavre en rapporteert aan de HR Business Partner. Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de volledige loon- en personeelsadministratie voor ons gedeelte in Vlaanderen, waarbij je contact onderhoudt met medewerkers, regiomanagers en externe organisaties.
  • Het beheren van de payroll van bedienden onder het CP313, en in beperkte mate ook arbeiderscontracten en bijvoegsels.
  • Het onderhouden en beheren van het tijdsregistratiesysteem Protime.
  • Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige loonverwerking van diverse werknemers, voornamelijk apothekers en apotheekassistenten, binnen BENU.
  • Het behandelen van sociale documentatie.
  • Proactief voorstellen van verbeteringen voor bestaande processen, procedures en tools, en vervolgens de leiding nemen bij de uitvoering hiervan.
  • Adviseren en informeren in overeenstemming met sociale wetgeving.
  • Het waarborgen van een volledige, correcte en tijdige payroll- en personeelsadministratie, in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat SD Worx, voor zowel bedienden als arbeiders.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij algemene personeelsadministratie, zoals briefwisseling en rapportopmaak.
