O Coordenador(a) de Qualidade é responsável por liderar o Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade da unidade, garantindo a conformidade dos produtos, processos e sistemas. Atua de forma estratégica na gestão da equipe, dos indicadores e das ferramentas da qualidade, promovendo a melhoria contínua, o atendimento aos requisitos dos clientes e a excelência operacional.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Coordenar o Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, garantindo a conformidade com normas, requisitos corporativos e especificações dos clientes;
  • Liderar, desenvolver e capacitar a equipe de Qualidade, promovendo uma cultura de melhoria contínua e excelência operacional;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente nas atividades da área;
  • Coordenar as atividades de laboratórios, inspeções, auditorias internas e externas;
  • Liderar análises de não conformidades, reclamações de clientes e implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas;
  • Monitorar indicadores da qualidade, como PPM, reclamações de clientes, refugo por qualidade, custo da não qualidade e conformidade de auditorias;
  • Assegurar a aplicação de ferramentas da qualidade, como CEP, FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP, MASP, 8D e PDCA;
  • Liderar projetos de melhoria contínua, redução da variabilidade dos processos e aumento da capacidade produtiva;
  • Apoiar as áreas de Produção, Engenharia, Processos e Manutenção na solução estruturada de problemas;
  • Gerenciar orçamento, recursos, contratos e documentação do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, representando a empresa em auditorias e certificações.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Química ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em gestão da qualidade industrial e liderança de equipes;
  • Vivência com Sistemas de Gestão da Qualidade e ferramentas estatísticas;
  • Conhecimento em ISO 9001, CEP, FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP, MASP, 8D e PDCA;
  • Conhecimento em ERP e Pacote Office.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência na indústria de embalagens metálicas, bebidas ou bens de consumo;
  • Conhecimento dos requisitos de grandes fabricantes de bebidas;
  • Certificação Green Belt ou Black Belt;
  • Conhecimento em TOTVS e Power BI;
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
