Wat ga je doen?

Als Medewerker Biobased Elementenbouw ben je pionier op de werkvloer. Je houdt je namelijk bezig met de productie van een gloednieuw, duurzaam product in ons assortiment. Dit doe je niet alleen, maar in een hecht en klein team van twee of drie collega's. Samen transformeer je technische tekeningen tot hoogwaardige isolatieproducten gemaakt van hout, EPS en de nieuwste biobased materialen.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Timmeren en lijmen van de verschillende componenten.
  • Technische tekeningen lezen om exact te weten wat er gebouwd moet worden.
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid bewaken, zodat elk element aan onze hoge standaarden voldoet.

Wat breng jij mee?

Wij zoeken een zelfstandige aanpakker die graag nauwkeurig te werk gaat en oog heeft voor detail. Omdat we dit product vanaf de grond opbouwen, ben je flexibel ingesteld en vind je het leuk om mee te bewegen met de dynamiek van een opkomend product. Je houdt ervan om te werken in een klein team en vind het niet erg om, af en toe op andere projecten te worden ingezet om te ondersteunen met (voornamelijk) houtbewerking.

Jij hebt:

  • Een achtergrond in houtbewerking of timmerwerken
  • Ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen
  • Minimaal B1 taalniveau in Nederlands of Engels

Het werk is niet fysiek zwaar, maar het betreft wel handwerk. Het is belangrijk dat jij lichamelijk in staat bent om deze handelingen te verrichten. Daarnaast ben jij fulltime, of minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar.

Bij BEWI IsoBouw Productie maken we slimme, duurzame en circulaire isolatieoplossingen voor dewoning- en utiliteitsbouw van EPS (Geëxpandeerd Polystyreen). We maken deel uit van de BEWI Group, een sterke Europese speler in EPS en andere circulaire kunststofoplossingen, met ruim 3.200 medewerkers. In Nederland beschikken we over meerdere productielocaties waar duurzame isolatieproducten voor daken, gevels en vloeren worden ontwikkeld en geproduceerd. In Someren produceren we isolerende bouwproducten voor hellende daken en hier werken ongeveer 130 medewerkers.
