Your mission

Als Project Estimator (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf Innen-, Ausstellungs- und Messebau spielst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung komplexer Ausstellungs- und Innenausbauprojekte. Du stellst sicher, dass Kostengenauigkeit, Transparenz und Effizienz von der Angebotsphase bis zur Projektfertigstellung gewährleistet sind. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Projektmanagement, Einkauf, der technischen Planung sowie anderen Kalkulatoren für verschiedene Gewerke wie AV, Licht und Infrastruktur zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung detaillierter Kostenkalkulationen und Projektbudgets u.a. für die Gewerke Innen-, Ausstellungs- und Messebau.
  • Entwicklung von Kurz-Leistungsverzeichnissen (BoQs) und strukturierten Arbeitspaketen in der Ausschreibungsphase.
  • Analyse und Benchmarking von Nachunternehmer-Angeboten zur Sicherstellung wettbewerbsfähiger Preise und optimaler Wirtschaftlichkeit.
  • Durchführung von Value-Engineering-Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit der technischen Planung, um Kosteneffizienz mit Design- und Qualitätsanforderungen in Einklang zu bringen.
  • Prüfung und Bewertung von Nachunternehmer-Änderungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Einkauf, technischer Planung sowie anderen Kalkulatoren.

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Bau- oder Projektmanagement, Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Quantity Surveying oder nachweisbare Erfahrung in Innenausbau, Bühnen-/Szenenbau oder schlüsselfertigem Messebau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kalkulation und Entwicklung von Leistungsverzeichnissen während Ausschreibungsphasen
  • Erfahrung in der Kalkulation von Innenausbauprojekten sowie ein gutes Gespür für marktgerechte Preise
  • Sicheres Verständnis von Kostenplanung und Ausschreibungen.
  • Kenntnisse in der VOB sind ein Plus
  • Sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Analytisches Denken, Detailgenauigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (min. C1)
