Was du bei uns bewegst

  • Du trägst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Steuerung unserer strategischen, firmenübergreifenden Schlüsselprojekte von der Initiierung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Ausserdem stellst du ein effizientes Ressourcen-, Budget- und Risikomanagement über alle beteiligten Department-Silos hinweg sicher.
  • Du berichtest den Projektfortschritt transparent, verlässlich und adressatengerecht an das Executive Level sowie den Steuerungsausschuss (SteerCo).
  • Methodisches Coaching und tatkräftiger Support für dezentrale Teilprojektleiter bei kleineren Vorhaben gehören ebenso zu deinem spannenden Alltag.
  • Du stellst schlanke und pragmatische Templates wie Projektaufträge, Risikomatrizen oder Statusberichte zur Verfügung.
  • Die Etablierung eines einheitlichen Projekt-Lebenszyklus bei bexio treibst du aktiv und zielgerichtet voran.
  • Du stärkst die abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit nachhaltig und sorgst für vollständige Portfoliotransparenz im gesamten Unternehmen.

Dein Rucksack für diese Stelle

  • Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer, firmenübergreifender Projekte mit, bevorzugt im SaaS-, Tech- oder FinTech-Umfeld.
  • Erprobte Praxis im Aufbau oder im erfolgreichen Betrieb eines (Lean) PMO zeichnet dein bisheriges Profil aus.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit hybriden Projektmethoden und kombinierst gekonnt klassisches Waterfall-Planning mit agilen Frameworks wie Scrum oder Kanban.
  • Moderne Work-Management-Tools wie Jira und Confluence nutzt du routiniert und erstellst damit pragmatische Dashboards sowie KPI-Reports.
  • Du überzeugst durch starkes analytisches Denken, hohe Organisationskompetenz sowie die nötige Durchsetzungsfähigkeit bei konkurrierenden Prioritäten.
  • Eine entsprechende Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung rundet deinen methodischen Werkzeugkasten ideal ab.
  • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch; Kenntnisse in Französisch und/oder Italienisch sind ein wertvolles Plus.
