Deine Aufgaben

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patienten in unserem radiologischen Diagnostikzentrum
  • Aufnahme der Daten und Vorbereitung der Patienten auf die Untersuchung
  • Terminmanagement für Kunden und Patienten
  • Kommunikation mit dem Arzt zur bevorstehenden Untersuchung
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten im RIS/PACS-System
  • Untersuchungsdokumentation und Qualitätssicherung
  • Patientenlagerung entsprechend der Untersuchung
  • Unterstützung von remote MT-R via Chat und Telefon
  • Überwachung der Patienten und Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Untersuchungsablaufs
  • Kontrastmittelgabe & Legen von Zugängen
  • Notfallschulungen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen bspw. als MFA / Arzthelferin, ZFA, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Pflegehelfer o.ä. (auch Quereinsteiger sind ausdrücklich angesprochen)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Empathie und absolute Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit Patienten und Kunden
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Grundsätzliche IT-Affinität und Handlungssicherheit in der Arbeit am PC
  • Interesse an persönlicher und fachlicher Weiterentwicklung durch Übernahme von weiteren Verantwortungsbereichen wie z.B. Hygiene- und Notfallmanagement
