Als internationales, stark wachsendes Unternehmen im Bereich der digitalen Immobilienvermarktung suchen wir für unseren Hauptsitz in Lengnau (BE) eine selbstbewusste, aufgeschlossene*Persönlichkeit* für unser Projektmanagement\-Team.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Als Project Leader bildest Du das wichtige Bindeglied zwischen Kunden und diversen Ansprechpartnern im Unternehmen.

* Du planst und steuerst im Verbund mit den anderen PLs sowie der Produktion in Berlin die vielfältigen Projekte

* Du reagierst auf unerwartete Ereignisse gelassen und souverän. Dabei darfst du vor allem eines nicht: den Überblick verlieren.

Deine folgenden Eigenschaften sind dafür unerlässlich:

* Du bringst Erfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Projektkoordination mit, idealerweise im Immobilien\- oder Produktionsumfeld.

* Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick.

* Du setzt Prioritäten, koordinierst Projekte und behältst Termine, Aufgaben und Abhängigkeiten im Blick.

* Du denkst vernetzt und lösungsorientiert und erkennst Zusammenhänge zwischen Produkten, Prozessen und Beteiligten.

* Du kommunizierst klar, verbindlich und empathisch mit Kunden und Teams und findest auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den richtigen Ton.

* Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch ist von Vorteil.

* Du pflegst Projektdaten sorgfältig und zeitnah und sorgst für einen zuverlässigen Informationsfluss.

* Du bist IT\- und KI\-affin und hast Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement\-Tools wie Jira oder vergleichbaren Systemen sowie CRM\-Lösungen.

* Du hast eine rasche Auffassungsgabe, arbeitest dich schnell in neue Systeme und Produkte ein und gehst flexibel mit sich verändernden Prozessen um.

* Du zeigst Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit, erkennst Handlungsbedarf und findest pragmatische Lösungen.

Wenn Du zusätzlich in ?hektischen Situationen ruhig und zuvorkommend? ?bleibst, auch wenn die Belastung gerade maximal ist ?\-? dann willkommen im Team!

Solltest Du schon einmal Berührungspunkte mit der Immobilienvermarktung oder mit Visualisierungen (3D\-Renderings) gehabt haben, dann ist dies sicherlich von Vorteil.
