The posting

Help shape how business programmes and initiatives are communicated to the public. You’ll work with business stakeholders and partner teams to develop clear communications plans, coordinate messaging, and support media engagement.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and deliver public communications plans based on business priorities and programme needs.
  • Coordinate communications with internal teams, agencies, ministries and industry partners.
  • Review information from different sources to help shape public messaging and narratives.
  • Support media briefings, pitches, interview requests, speaking points and speeches.
  • Build awareness of business policies, programmes and initiatives.
  • Work across teams to align communications plans and messaging for intended audiences.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors and suppliers to support communications work.

What we’re looking for

  • A background in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing or a related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in journalism, public relations or government communications.
  • Strong project-management and analytical skills, with the ability to follow through on work in a timely manner.
  • Experience translating business needs into clear, effective communications plans.
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience pitching to technology or business reporters is an advantage, but not required.
