Interested in supporting leadership development initiatives? Join a team delivering programmes and services that help build leadership and management capabilities. This 12-month contract role offers hands-on involvement in initiatives such as 360-degree feedback, executive coaching services and management programmes.

📍 Nearest MRT: One-North (Central Region) 🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Thu, 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm 💰 Salary: Up to $3.3K /month (commensurate with experience) 📅 Contract Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify leadership and management capability gaps and support the development of suitable interventions.
  • Design and develop leadership initiatives, programmes and related content.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end administration and implementation of 360-degree feedback exercises, including system configuration, participant onboarding, communications, data analysis and follow-up.
  • Work with external partners and providers to develop and customise leadership development solutions.
  • Provide administrative support for executive coaching services.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development solutions and support facilitation where relevant expertise allows.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Degree holder with at least 3-5 years of relevant leadership/learning development experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Good stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable learning new systems, working in a fast-paced environment and contributing as part of a team.
  • Experience implementing leadership development initiatives such as 360-degree feedback, executive coaching, management programmes or leadership competency frameworks is an advantage.
