The posting

We are hiring a System Manager – Enterprise IT Services to oversee enterprise systems hosted on AWS and support reliable, compliant day-to-day service delivery.

You will oversee system operational readiness, coordinate service enhancements and transformation initiatives, and work with engineering teams, vendors and stakeholders to deliver agreed requirements. The role also involves monitoring service issues, maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, supporting security and vendor-clearance processes, and identifying opportunities to improve system performance and cloud costs.

Requirements

At least 5 years’ experience in IT operations or IT project management.
Experience coordinating IT service delivery, systems or technical projects.
Ability to manage vendors or coordinate engineering teams and stakeholders.
Understanding of IT compliance, operational risk or system readiness.
AWS or enterprise cloud experience is advantageous.
Defence/public-sector project experience and relevant cloud certifications are advantageous.

Work arrangement

Technical Title: Principal Engineer
Role: System Manager – Enterprise IT Services (AWS)
Contract duration: 24 months
Location: Near Redhill MRT station
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm
Salary: up to 8000 + Benefits + Bonuses
Work eligibility: Only Singaporeans
