En 2024, BGL BNP Paribas a été désignée « Best Bank in Luxembourg » par Euromoney et a obtenu en 2025, pour la 10è année consécutive, la certification « Top Employer Luxembourg », saluant l'excellence des conditions de travail offertes à ses collaborateurs.Dans le cadre de nos activités au sein de notre Banque Privée Luxembourg, nous recherchons, pour une embauche en CDI, un/une :Banquier Privé - Développeur (H/F)CONCRÈTEMENT, VOTRE MISSION ET VOTRE QUOTIDIEN ?Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de l'équipe, vous serez en charge de :Objectif principal : développer le portefeuille de la banque privée en prospectant et en acquérant de nouveaux clients fortunés (HNW/UHNW).Missions clés:Prospection : identifier, qualifier et approcher des prospects via le réseau personnel, les recommandations, les réseaux d'apporteurs d'affaires, les événements et les études de marché.Construction de relations : instaurer une relation de confiance, comprendre les besoins patrimoniaux et proposer les solutions BNP Paribas Banque Privée adaptées.Développement commercial : définir et suivre une stratégie de pipeline, atteindre les objectifs de nouveaux mandats et mesurer les indicateurs de conversion (croissance, rentabilité).Cross‑selling : identifier les opportunités permettant de travailler avec les spécialistes (ie stratégie, investissements, crédit, planification successorale, etc.) ainsi qu'avec les autres métiers de la banque (ie. corporate banking, leasing, assurance, etc) pour offrir des solutions complètes. Conformité & Risk: veiller au respect notamment des exigences réglementaires (MiFID II), de la supervision ECB, des procédures en matière de AML/KYC en assurant une excellente maîtrise des risques.Reporting : rendre compte régulièrement de l'activité de prospection, du pipeline et des résultats d'acquisition à la direction. ÊTES-VOUS NOTRE FUTUR(E) BANQUIER PRIVE - DEVELOPPEUR (H/F) ?Profil recherché : expérience confirmée d'au moins 8 ans en Private Banking ou gestion de fortune avec un historique de génération de nouveaux mandats, bonne connaissance des produits d'investissement et de crédit, compétences commerciales et relationnelles fortes, capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant avec les équipes internes. Expérience professionnelle et/ou diplôme:Formation universitaire à orientation financière, économique, commerciale avec un intérêt personnel pour la relation client et la banque privée. Compétences comportementales : Capacité d'initiative / créativité & innovationSens commercial Rigoureux et organisé Esprit d'équipe Connaissances linguistiques:Français, anglais et/ou allemand. La maîtrise du luxembourgeois et de tout autre langue est un atout.
