About the role

BGL is in search of a dedicated and client-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic Support Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality assistance across BGL’s suite of products, ensuring every client interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Some flexibility is required in this role as start times range from 6am-8am and finish times range from 3pm-5pm.

About you

  • A degree (or working toward) in Accounting is preferred.
  • Experience using BGL products is a big plus.
  • Top-notch communication and customer service skills.
  • Stellar time management—you juggle priorities like a pro.
  • A knack for problem-solving and confident decision-making.

What you'll be doing

  • Support clients via email and live chat with professionalism, even during busy times, and keep them updated as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, using internal guides and data, while helping clients understand how to avoid similar problems in the future.
  • Document support interactions clearly, escalate when needed, and follow BGL’s values and security policies
