Missão do Cargo:

Buscamos um(a) profissional organizado(a), atento(a) a detalhes e com boa comunicação para atuar na área de Faturamento, exercendo papel essencial na qualidade do atendimento aos nossos clientes.

Educação, Formação e Idiomas:

  • Curso técnico ou Superior em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas afins;
  • Conhecimento intermediário em sistemas ERP financeiros;

Atribuições:

  • Efetuar a emissão de Notas Fiscais e o faturamento de entregas e envios via transportadoras, garantindo precisão e cumprimento de prazos;
  • Realizar o faturamento de notas condicionais, respeitando a programação e particularidades estabelecidas para cada cliente;
  • Prestar atendimento aos clientes para esclarecimento de dúvidas relacionadas a faturamento, reenvio de boletos, notas fiscais e demais demandas da área;
  • Realizar a cobrança ativa de clientes inadimplentes quando solicitado, mantendo um relacionamento profissional, cordial e orientado à negociação;
  • Acompanhar e executar protestos de títulos, quando aplicável, conforme políticas internas e legislação vigente;
  • Manter remessas dos bancos em dia e organização de documentos do setor;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas comercial, logística e financeira, assegurando fluidez nos processos e qualidade das informações.

Habilidades Pessoais:

  • Organização, atenção a prazos e senso de responsabilidade;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Facilidade para lidar com números, sistemas e rotinas administrativas;
  • Postura ética, profissional e orientada à solução.

Horário:

Segunda à sexta de 08h às 17h30 Sábados alternados de 08h às 12h, com parte do pagamento em hora extra 100%.

Remuneração e benefícios:

  • Salário compatível com o mercado;
  • Ticket refeição/dia trabalhado: média de R$ 500,00/mês no cartão iFood Benefícios;
  • Ticket alimentação: R$ 140,00/mês por assiduidade;
  • Prêmio mensal por metas: valor médio de R$ 200,00;
  • Média total de ganhos mensais em aproximadamente R$ 2.630,00;
